  • Mindful Eating Class

So many of our physical and mental challenges stem from poor diet and eating habits. In the workplace, this manifests as fatigue, lack of productivity, absenteeism due to illness, and even emotional reactivity.

This class provides your employees with some basics about building healthier eating habits - what, when, and how to eat - so that they feel stronger, calmer and more energized to embrace the challenges of their day.

  • Yoga Classes

Employees join me for a class from either a yoga mat or their office chair for a flow that can be modified for people of all abilities. Together, we’ll move and breath using traditional yoga poses that will be both relaxing and energizing, bringing renewed focus for the rest of their day.

  • Meditation & Breathwork Sessions

Employees experience a mindfulness session that includes gentle movement, breathing best-practices and guided meditation to feel calm and grounded, ready to tackle what’s next on their to-do list.

  • Guided Mindfulness Walks & Hikes

Consciously moving our bodies in nature is a powerful way to connect us back to our bodies, grounding and relaxing us, while reminding us to go with the flow of life.

Employees gather outdoors for a guided activity that cultivates awareness of movement, breath, sights, sounds, and smells while connecting with one another and having fun.

This activity can be done outdoors, directly from your office space, or head into the beautiful mountains that Utah is known for.

  • 5-Week Breathwork Series

Every moment of everyday we are breathing. Thanks to the Autonomic Nervous System, our heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and respiration are unconsciously keeping us alive each day. But the breath is unique because we can consciously change how we are breathing to significantly impact our physical, mental, and emotional health. This 5-week series teaches participants why breath matters, and how to tap into its superpowers for a happier, healthier, more energized, and less stressful life.

  • Mind/Body Connection Class

The mind-body connection is a concept that has been studied and explored by philosophers, scientists, healthcare professionals, and yogis for centuries. It refers to the intricate relationship between our mental and emotional states and our physical health. This connection suggests that our thoughts, feelings and attitudes can influence our physical well-being, and vice versa. This connection is important to understand so we can harness our bodies, minds, and emotions to reduce stress and overwhelm, and lead healthier and happier lives.

This session combines learning about the mind/body connection and movement, breath and mindfulness tools for harnessing its powers.
