About Me

My work blends coaching, movement, breathwork, and nervous system practices to support both the mind and body—creating change that actually lasts.

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I love yoga, skiing, and hiking with my black lab, Harvey.

My own journey toward greater health and well-being has included releasing unhealthy eating patterns (and sugar!), stepping off the cycle of dieting, and creating a more sustainable and supportive way of living. Through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I’ve learned to better regulate my moods and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and balance—practices I now share with others.

I am a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, with additional training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (The Embody Lab). I am also a RYT-200 yoga instructor through Uplifted Yoga and have completed Kundalini Awakening training through Gloria Latham, Semperviva Yoga.

With over 25 years of experience in business development and corporate training, I now bring wellness coaching, yoga, breathwork, and education to both individuals and organizations.

I’m passionate about sharing simple, sustainable tools that support people in feeling more grounded, energized, and at ease in their daily lives.
