Over 8 weeks, you will:

Each week builds on the last, helping you create awareness, shift patterns, and build a way of living that supports you.

  • Week 1: Awareness + Vision
    Build awareness around your current patterns with food, movement, stress, energy, and self-care. Clarify what thriving means to you and begin creating a vision for the way you want to feel, live, and care for yourself moving forward.

  • Week 2: Nervous System + Regulation
    Learn simple tools to feel more grounded, reduce overwhelm, and support your body and mind with greater consistency. Explore how stress and depletion can influence cravings, motivation, energy, and daily habits.

  • Week 3: Redefining Your Relationship with Food
    Move away from restriction, guilt, and dieting cycles. Learn a more sustainable approach to nourishment through intuitive eating principles, hunger/fullness awareness, nutrient density, and learning to trust your body again.

  • Week 4: Consistency + Sustainable Habits
    Create supportive habits that feel realistic, flexible, and repeatable. Learn how to build consistency around eating, movement, sleep, hydration, and self-care without relying on extremes or perfection.

  • Week 5: Movement + Body Connection
    Shift your relationship with movement and exercise from punishment or obligation to support, energy, strength, and connection. Explore ways of moving your body that feel sustainable and life-giving.

  • Week 6: Mindset + Patterns
    Recognize common thought patterns and behaviors that can keep you feeling discouraged, reactive, or inconsistent. Build greater awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to respond more intentionally.

  • Week 7: Routines + Lifestyle Design
    Create supportive systems and routines around food, movement, rest, recovery, and daily life. Design rhythms that reduce overwhelm, simplify decision-making, and help healthy choices feel more natural.

  • Week 8: Integration + Thrive by Design
    Bring everything together into a personalized wellness approach that supports long-term health, consistency, energy, and balance. Leave with a clearer vision, supportive tools, and a sustainable path forward that feels aligned with your real life.
