I’m a 20-year Salt Lake City local who spends my free time skiing, and hiking the Wasatch with my black lab Harvey, doing yoga, and connecting with friends, and family. My career spans corporate, non-profit, and higher education, where I’ve recruited, coached, taught, and led mid to large-scale programs and events.
Today, I blend that professional experience with my passion for yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic well-being—helping individuals and organizations create healthier, more mindful lives. I’m a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Wellcoaches, and a certified Kundalini, Vinyasa, and breathwork instructor.
