FINDING FOOD FREEDOM
Beyond Trigger Foods and Eating Patterns

Do sugar, refined carbohydrates, salty snacks—or certain eating patterns—feel harder to change than they should?

Maybe you find yourself bingeing, hiding or hoarding certain foods, eating in response to stress or difficult emotions, or thinking about a particular food far more than you want to. You recognize the pattern, but knowing it isn’t serving you hasn’t been enough to change it.

Finding Food Freedom is a live 75-minute online workshop designed to help you understand what may be driving these urges—without shame, judgment, or another demand for more willpower.

📅 September 29
⏰ 6:30–7:45 p.m. MT
💻 Live on Zoom
💵 $22
🎥 Recording sent to all registrants

Together, we’ll explore:

• Why foods containing sugar, refined carbohydrates, salt, and fat can feel especially compelling
• The emotional, psychological, and habitual patterns that can keep certain behaviors in place
• What need you may be trying to meet through food
• Limiting beliefs that may be making change feel more difficult
• What your body may need in terms of nourishment, energy, rest, pleasure, or emotional support
• Practical ways to interrupt an old pattern and create a more supportive one

We’ll also discuss tools such as learning how a particular food affects your body, nourishing yourself with nutrient-dense foods, seeking emotional support, creating accountability, and—when appropriate—taking an intentional period away from a food so you can better understand your relationship with it.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of one food or eating pattern you would like to change, insight into what may be driving it, and a personalized next step you can begin practicing.

This isn’t about following one rigid approach, fearing food, or trying to eat perfectly. It’s about feeling empowered to make your food choices—instead of feeling as though the food or pattern is making them for you.

More awareness. More choice. More freedom around food.
