Nov 25 - Cultivating Gratitude - Online Breathwork
For centuries, yogis have been using their breath to impact their physical, mental, and emotional health, and to reach heightened states of awareness. Nowadays, breathwork is being taught and used to manage stress, regulate the nervous system, improve cardiovascular, digestive, and lung health, improve sleep, and more. Breath is also a valuable tool for cultivating our intuition and higher states, and for tapping into our emotional and spiritual gifts.
Join this month’s hot breathwork session focused on Cultivating Gratitude - for yourself, for others, for your past and present experiences, for the planet, for your questions and your answers. It’s all part of YOU!

We will first start with some powerful, energizing breath, and light breath holds before moving into a rhythmic breath pattern for the remainder of the session. All of this will be set to a playlist about gratitude.
Message brittanelsonwellness@gmail.com with any questions.
Much love and gratitude!
